Stelian Radu Mazilu is associated with your company. Stelian Radu Mazilu owns multiple units at 2101-2111 E 67th condo association, and forced owners to mail monthly assessments to his residence from 2017 to 2020, but they never provided receipts of payments ;
Other owners emailed stop making payments as money has been collected by old board who sold his units; New Board claimed Stelian Radu Mazilu and Radu Delteg never produced bank statements to new board; Owners have requested proof of collection/receipts. However, Stelian Radu Mazilu and Radu Delteg claimed all money are recorded in bank and there is no reason for concerns. New board claims Stelian Radu Mazilu and Radu Delteg refused to produce HOA bank statements while they collected money that was sent to board's home residence address. All I need is PROOF of my payments to them from 2017 to 2020.
